There's so much pressure to produce and make things happen during quarantine and truth is, that's not for everyone. Personally, I always feel the drive to creative and give life to my ideas. But I've learned the hard way - working myself into an urgent care a few years ago - that we cannot and should not be in a constant state of GO.
