How to Overcome the Chaos of Family Life The Families of Character Show

    • Parenting

Does your family life feel chaotic, most of the time? You’re not alone!  What if there was a simple framework for family life that curbed the chaos and got everyone focused on doing something good and helpful for each other?
In this episode I interview Jay Ezell, father of 7, about managing the chaos of family life. His own experience of “parenting by accident” and “just blocking and tackling as things come up” helps us to see how implementing a very simple 3 step process can change all that.

Jay shares: "when

1. families get into a regular practice of growing together, by simply focusing on one simple common goal for the month,
2. then communicate that goal to everyone in the family by huddling up once a week
3. and set a simple and practical daily goal to achieve,

it brings PEACE and JOY back to the family".

Chaos in family life is inevitable. Embrace it with the 3 Essential Steps and your family will be feeling more unified and joyful, in no time!
