In this episode of My Rough Draft Podcast, we are talking with licensed associate professional counselor, Victoria Glover, on how to prioritize your mental health as an entrepreneur, content creator, influencer, creative or working professional!   

Building your brand and business can often come with stress, fear, anxiety, and imposter syndrome. But the fear, anxiety, and depression you're experiencing can also be a symptom of unresolved trauma. Today Victoria and I talk about why entrepreneurs can be subject to more triggers and deal with more mental health issues. We also share practical tools, resources, and exercises to heal, learn your triggers, and prioritize your mental health on a daily basis!
