Today we’re going to be talking about how to allow our emotions to run through us, instead of avoiding them, or getting stuck in them.
We live in a society that puts the mind on a pedestal but in many ways contributes to us cutting off our relationships with our emotions, our bodies and our spirit.
And then we wonder why most of the population has anxiety or depression or some other mental imbalance. We’re putting all our energy on our thought processes. We’re essentially living in our heads!
In today’s world, creating balance takes intention and it takes action because our environments are unbalanced.
It encourages overthinking, and not showing emotion, and numbing from our bodies or forcing them into a desired shape, and more and more people are cutting off their relationship with spirit too.
