We like to stay in the discussion phase but really struggle to move on to the agreement or decision phase. Caleb is the best coach I have ever had in fitness! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about everything fitness related, he is a true inspiration. You can’t leave a conversation with Caleb or listen to his podcast without feeling motivated to be your best self. He seriously has a gift! He is one of the most encouraging people I’ve met and I feel so lucky to have worked out in his classes and to know him as a person because I truly feel like he has shaped my fitness journey greatly and I would not be working out consistently without him. If you are at any point in your fitness journey and want to continue to be motivated and be better, this is the podcast for you. You’ll find yourself in a better physical and mental space after hearing Caleb’s words.
