Lindsley Brooks is holistic counselor, spiritual teacher and energy healer who teaches the art of sacred living.
The Art of Sacred Living is a philosophy and spiritual practice of bringing your true self into every aspect of your life.  
She also uses her extensive training in feng shui, energy medicine and astrology to help people release from their past, transform their lives and express their essence in everything they do.

Here's a recent interview I had with Emily who was a student of my previous Creative Unblock Course. 
Emily talks about how she had resistance at first, her paradigm shifts and her outlook on experiencing different challenges each week. She explains the environment of the class and how she grew by being vulnerable. She also describes the biggest difference for her before and after taking the class.
