How You Could Start Real Estate Wholesaling With $0 Capital with Cameron Johnson The Art of Winning

    • Entrepreneurship

“There's really a million ways to skin the cat but don't ignore the obvious ones. I am very far from being the guru that I hope I'm not coming off as but if you guys understand our principles to this business, find the marketing method that's working the most consistently, I would say find a system to produce leads with that. And then sniper-approach those obscure ones. And then if you start to see that those sniper approaches for those obscure ones are just crushing it. Logic says, you know, probably dialed down on your cold calling, no pun intended.” - Cameron Johnson

Some people know at a very young age that they are cut for entrepreneurship. Some discover it by education while the majority find that being exposed to entrepreneurial concepts will benefit them in their careers and lives. For Cameron Johnson however, none of this was available up until he entered adulthood. He was 24 years old when he first stumbled upon a wholesale real estate video that he finally found his purpose. Two years later, he is now running a successful real estate business with his family as his team.
Cameron was born and primarily raised in Pasadena CA. He is a veteran of the United States Army. As a teenager, Cameron was obsessed with combat sports. He would train vigorously after school either boxing in his pal's front yard, doing Jiu-Jitsu on the living room floor, or sparring with friends from high school. He was thankful when the Army recruiter told him can train Jiu-Jitsu full time in the Army, but that wasn’t necessarily the case. Cameron enlisted and went through MOS training and landed two opportunities to train and certify soldiers in Combatives and in Korea. There he was able to train full time and compete for his company and battalion.
After the Army Cameron bounced around from job to job, knowing one day that he would make him and his high school sweetheart millions, although at the time he didn’t quite know how he would accomplish that.
His significant other also enlisted to take advantage of the free education the Army offers and they both ended up at Ft. Bragg.
After a year they used their first VA Loan which snowballed into more and more entrepreneurial opportunities. This led Cameron to start wholesaling real estate and two years later this opportunity is still growing. He now knows how he will achieve his goal of making them millionaires.
