Customer Reviews
Excellent Content
Like his website, Bob’s podcast is packed densely with expert topical woodworking advice and experience for both the beginning and advanced handtool woodworker. I get tired of the many woodworking “gurus” who put more time and effort into style and “thumbs up” ratings than content on their websites and podcasts. Bob’s stuff is concise, very useful, and provided free, asking only for donations as the user deems appropriate. You want flash and pizzazz, look elsewhere. You want to really learn some skills, Bob’s your man.
Just an Awesome Show
I’ve listened to many woodworking podcasts. Bob is the most organized and best presented. Bob’s speaking tone is easy to listen to and he speaks succinctly with clear examples and relatable analogies. There is no nonsense banter about unrelated stuff that a lot of others use to try to be entertaining. I’m entertained to no end by listening to a great woodworker talk about “woodworking” and who gives sound advice and interesting “woodworking” tid bits. Kudos and thank you to everyone that helps to put on this show.
This is why I listen to podcasts!
Just heard the latest episode. It was about finishing techniques. There was so much good info that I’ll have to come back and hear it again at least once. Such good coverage of a topic in a helpful manner, cheers!
