Hugo Tagholm - His journey in protecting our oceans The Goods Podcast

    • Non-Profit

In this episode of The Goods Podcast we have Hugo Tagholm, the chief executive of Surfers Against Sewage, and all-around legend!

We caught up Hugo from the epic charity Surfers Against Sewage to talk all about his love of nature, his passion for the environment and his journey in protecting our oceans 🏄‍♂️

A true guardian of our oceans, Hugo has led SAS to become a central community for environmentalists of all ages and we loved chatting with him to discover what inspires and motivates him in his quest to do good. We recorded this one in Bristol at The Wave back in February 2020 before Covid 19 and it was a particularly great morning as we got out for a paddle before talking over his journey and the future of ocean conservation and activism.

With 8 million pieces of plastic finding their way into our oceans every day, Hugo and his team are on a mission to inspire, unite and empower communities to take action to protect oceans, beaches, waves and wildlife 🌍

So grab some headphones, make yourself a brew and tune in to Episode 2 today 🎧⁣
