Fun Podcast on D&D
I really enjoy this. They spend the first half discussing aspects of the D&D "metagame" and then the second half playing a campaign, which is helpful to see how it's done. The Halloween episode was a little ramble-y and off focus, but overall it's fun and getting better as they go. Looking forward to season 2.
Good stuff
Def the best DnD podcast in the ATL if not the world.
Huzzah!podcast, “Praising Caine”
The format of the podcast is engaging, especially for one interested in becoming more sophisticated as a D&D participant. This particular episode began with some very helpful discussion about including a wider variety of traits to their characters. In addition, interaction between the Huzzah! team and the guest speaker demonstrated the use of recommended actions through a delightful and humorous role playing session. The experience was almost like having a window into a creative acting class, which was both fun and entertaining. The second half of the episode revealed the players “in action”, seeking to move their characters forward in the developing game.
