Hydration Part 1 - Being Well Hydrated Can Make Or Break The Menopause Experience Tess On Menopause

    • Self-Improvement

Hydration is very important during menopause.  It amazes me that many of the symptoms attributed to menopause are also the same symptoms attributed to dehydration.

Symptoms like headache, this can cause major issues when experiencing a migraine. Hydration is the first step to avoiding migraine.

Other symptoms include feeling dizzy, that sensation when the room beings to swirl. Menopause can make us feel like we're losing our grip and the last thing we need to contend with is feeling dizzy.

What about confusion? How many times do we walk into a room only to forget why we walked in there? What if that symptom is caused by lack of oxygen (H2O) due to dehydration than 'just menopause.'

Maybe menopause is getting a bad wrap and being blamed for a lot of symptoms that are in fact the result of poor hydration.

What about those angry outbursts - yep they can be caused through dehydration too.

In today's podcast, I share my discoveries when it comes to hydration and also invite you to join the Club (www.bettermenopauseclub.com) which will bring you into our private Facebook Group and access to some useful files, including our Hydration Diary.
