Hypnotherapy to Transform Limiting Beliefs The Shift To Freedom

Hypnotherapy can be a great tool for transforming limiting beliefs. Today, co-hosts Ben and Paige Easter dispel some of the common misconceptions around hypnotherapy, explain how hypnotherapy actually works, and talk about the benefits of hypnotherapy for personal transformation.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a form of hypnotherapy designed to help solve a problem within one to three sessions. After your sessions, you will continue to experience transformation thanks to the 20 minute audio recording created while you are still in a subconscious state. By listening to this recording daily for 21 days, you can expect to see improvements in the areas you were working on in hypnotherapy. While hypnotherapy does drop you into a subconscious state similar to one attained through meditation, it cannot make you do anything that you wouldn’t normally be aligned with.
