That is a sacrifice I am willing to make! One of our clients referred their friend to us and the friend made a ton of progress. Once the friend got to their goal they decided to "do it on their own" Our client informed us the other day that her friend gained all her weight back and more!!! While its tough to know that we couldnt help that person get results for the long haul...there are a lot of reasons why this happened I explain why this happened and what you need to do to prevent this from happening to you
