Another inspirational episode

I loved this episode with Rajshree Patel. Steve's questions are always the same ones that I want to ask. Here, Rajshree gives practical advise about breathing and healthy practices. I always find useful pieces for living better and longer in these podcasts. This is one of my newest favorites.
