    Enjoy this tapping exercise to help you feel relaxed before sleep, fall asleep easier and stay asleep throughout the night. I’ve been doing this meditation and a shorter version of it together with my daughter every night for six years now. I started using tapping before sleep to help Adhya with nightmares and she’s slept well ever since! This is very kid friendly and I encourage you to try it with your child.

As a former closet designer turned professional organizer, she has worked in countless closets and behind closed doors. Through this work she has seen that clutter and disorganization is a key component to daily frustration and overwhelm for so many.
    She teaches her clients how to simplify their day to day so they can use their homes as a place to unwind and recharge while also creating systems so that the home works for them and not against them!
    While Maggie continues to work hands-on with her in person clients, she has also created a small virtual group program (next group starts in September) that will help take the overwhelm out of getting and STAYING organized for even more busy women and families!

    Gross motor skills are those used to move your arms, legs, and torso in a functional manner. Gross motor skills involve the large muscles of the body that enable such functions as walking, jumping, kicking, sitting upright, lifting, and throwing a ball.
