I Can’t Believe I Said That - Video The Living Cornerstone

    • Christianity

Have you ever said something and then thought, “I can’t believe I said that”? I have….and I am sad to say, I have done it more often than I like. It's just normal to want to say anything we want and act anyway we want. When something doesn’t go our way or someone does something to irritate us, our natural reaction is to strike back, often without considering the consequences. An enduring statement that I heard when I was young was, “It is better to be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
Scripture has some really good explanations and examples about this and has some ways you can overcome this quick talk and temper. If you have this area of your life totally conquered, you may not need this……but, if you are like me….I am still working on it. Join us and see how this can help you.
