One of the Best Podcasts on Books

The two hosts' friendship really shines through in every episode, making for a highly enjoyable listening experience even when you're not familiar with the books being discussed. The format of the show highlights books for their 'bad' qualities but the discussions are never mean-spirited or insular. Between all the joking around, there's lots of pointed criticisms that are well-observed and strike a fine balance between being entertaining and insightful, providing a socially conscious perspective that the books often sorely lack. Highly recommended, wish there were more podcasts like it since I can't get enough.

I don’t even want to listen to other pod casts

Easily one of the best podcasts out there, endlessly funny and interesting. They cover a wide variety of books that you may or may not heard of, so even if not every book is for you there are easily a few episodes through their run that may pique your interest. The hosts are affable and delightful, and talented too. The jingle game is top tier; in particular I enjoy biggest surprise. Basically, it’s great, you should try it, put an episode on during your commute or run or whatever and get ready to ride the crab
