013: Body Liberation with Gabby Male
Gabby's candid documentation of her eating disorder recovery journey has inspired many... Including us! That's the kind of content we're here for!
But it didn't always look like this for her. She shares about the work she's done to develop to a healthier relationships with fitness, gets into the root of why she shows up the way she does, and teaches us a thing or two about body liberation!
Becca believes there's no better way to get to know someone than a weird “Would you rather?!” question... So obvi we go with it. AMQ says some weird stuff about her feet to kick things off... See what we did there?! And Gabby learns what a “meet-cute.” is.
But that's not all, of course!
Gabby is one-half of the incredible duo behind the ROSE Retreat. She shares about why her and her bestie boo, Mik Zazon, started it this powerful annual retreat, gives us a sneak peek of what we can expect (we're attending, yay!) and speaks candidly about her journey to self love.
Thank you for chatting with us Gabby! Thank you for being such a powerhouse human, all the mic drop moments, and being such an inspiration!

012: Spring Cleaning, Shit Fits & Food Freedom
Have you ever told someone to relax and they actually relax?! Hmmm, yeah... Thought not. More about that in this episode.
During holidays, special occasions, PMS, or idk, maybe during/after a global pandemic, we find ourselves assigning moral value to food. Food is neither good or bad - it's just food! 'Sup diet culture, you can sit down now!
Food guilt is a real thing and although we've been conditioned this way as humans, we CAN unlearn it! We're all human, there will be times those feelings surface into the forefront of our minds, but we can deal with them and develop and overall sense of food freedom.
And since y'all loved our first go at The Whisper Challenge, we brought it back, Easter edition. It was so fun, it's not even bunny!
Oh, and good news... Sounds like we're getting a hang of this audio thing! Woop, woop!
011: The Real Deal on Thoughts vs. Feels With Mindset Mentor Katie Helm
Your thoughts control your feelings...
NOT the other way around.
Our minds truly can play tricks on us. And we can often be our own enemies in that way.
We interview Katie Helm, a mindset mentor, who works in the thought work world, and she teaches us a little about how to train our brain.
Thank you Katie teaching us about the power of thought work, and empowering us and sharing your story!
Words are more powerful than we give ourselves credit for, our minds are stronger than we credit them to be, and we are more capable than we realize.
You can find Katie on Instagram @TheChapterUnknown
010: The Man, The Myth, The Magical Mallon
Not all heroes wear capes... Some wear headphones!
Officially in the double digits so it only felt right to bring in the man that makes us sound more legit, our producer Andrew Mallon (also known as “Mallon Magic.”)
You'll get to know Mallon courtesy of some story times and a random AF Q&A sesh!
Couldn't be more grateful to have this dude checking our sound quality (still a work in progress), adding in soundbites, and tossing out compliments like confetti!
Find him on Instagram @djmallon.
Or Twitter, same same @djmallon.
... Oh and def make sure you listen ‘til the end. It's worth the giggle!
009: Grey Hair Where?! & Toxic Positivity
Your wish is our command so here tf we are diving into and dissecting the beast that is, toxic positivity! But not without some girl talk realness first, obvi!
We're waxed and ready to swap stories about all the awkward pampering we've recently experienced!
How close would let your bestie boo get to your lady bits?! The Becca / AMQ friendship bond is tested with this question.
Words are powerful. We did our research on this and as we continue to learn more about this (and other topics), we'll swap out the language we use when addressing these tough topics with ourselves and our loved ones.
Can being positive be toxic? How can we avoid being toxically positive? What are some ways we can ensure we stay on positive ground without crawling on onto toxic land? We get to that. And we hope you leave this episode with some clarity. Nothing like a good lightbulb moment.
Gotta give credit where credit is due, boo!

008: Forest Bodies & Self Care Best Practices
It's officially been one whole year since our last live events... DAFAQ?! Let that marinate for a moment.
Self care seems to be pop up constantly on the daily scroll. This year, it's been a heightened focus on the socials and rightfully so! But, just like bras, the support you give yourself when it comes to self care is not one size fits all!
In this episode, we discuss self care practices we've applied to our lives (and things we've shifted during pandemic times) and chat love languages, too!
Do you know your personal love language?! This is important. Finding the love language of YOU in order to build attainable consistency in the self care department.
What does self care mean to YOU?! We always love hearing from you, Boo Crew! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Just Listen to the Boo Crew
I absolutely love listening to Becca and AMQ while I am running or driving.
They will have me laughing one minute (oh yes, i LOL while running and listening and get looks and don’t care) and then self-reflecting the next minute.
These two ladies have a connection and it radiates. I can literally feel the love and laughter ooze through my earbuds when listening.
If you haven’t listened yet, what are you waiting for? Just give a listen to the Boo Crew. I promise, you won’t be disappointed!
This podcast is fire!
These ladies are so motivational & truly inspiring. They have a sense of humor but also share reality! Nothing but good vibes here. I can’t get enough 😍
I LOVE THIS PODCAST.
This podcast is the perfect balance of sexy humor and real talk. I just finished listening to the episode on gray hair and toxic positivity, and I cannot believe how smoothly these ladies transitioned from a provocative, sassy, giggly topic, to straight up, emotional, mental health analysis and reflection. This episode really hit home for me right now and was exactly what I needed. Spreading knowledge on how to allow the feels to happen and to pragmatically work through them in a self-accepting (and other-accepting) way is what we need more of. Thank you, ladies, for validating my need to feel my feels and not be told to “get over it,” “move on,” “it could be worse,” “well, you made that choice,” or “have you looked to the lord?” Thank you for being there for me when I feel superficial for being upset about my gray hairs or crazy and selfish for feeling at all.
