In 1994, Jen was sent to a "therapeutic boarding school" in The Middle of Nowhere, Montana. (She had some issues.) That meant a lot of things, but one is that Jen missed two full years of popular culture when she was 16-18 years old. Join Jen and her husband Micah and revisit your old faves as they travel back to the mid-90s to watch, listen to, and talk about what Jen missed.

Unique 90s Pop Culture Analysis

A funny and uniquely touching take on 90s pop culture. I started with the Hackers episode but starting with episode one would probably be best. Then let your fingers be your guide.

Jen and Micah are very funny and they've got a lot of good insight into the shows and movies they're discussing.

The show is an interesting intersection of pop culture and trauma and I know that sounds odd but it WORKS and I love it!

Great Concept

It's one thing to miss a show as a kid, but to miss all of them is a different ballgame. It's an interesting listen to hear Jen discover what is to many already deep in our memories. Come enjoy this fun show.

Great show!

Authentic, funny, raw, silly, warm, clever, unique. A really interesting premise for a show, and two very engaging hosts. Come for the 90s nostalgia, stay for the window into a tough past, the laughs, the wisdom, and the heartwarming dynamic between the hosts.
