Podcasts are my new therapy

In my personal growth, it’s been so much easier to interrogate and challenge myself by listening to others discuss difficult emotions and societal phenomenon that I didn’t know how to talk or think about. I’m so grateful for this podcast and for the hosts’ willingness to be vulnerable and transparent for the sake of their listeners. Certain episodes have def helped me progress more than therapy ever has! And in SUCH an engaging way 🤩

I could listen to 20 episodes in a ROW

Absolutely one of the best podcasts I've come across. Each week, I look forward to the chemistry, energy, & nuance that Mukundwa, Nyakwezi, & their various guests bring to my ears. They are so authentic in their self-expression & fearless in uncovering the world's uncomfortable truths, but what truly sets them apart? I can listen to them over, & over, & over again. Their conversations have so much repeat value, & I always feel like I'm right there with them, laughing along. 10/10 💖🔆
