Simply the best

Alan is a gift, has truly improved my quality of life as I didn’t even believe in meditation and now after about 3 months I’m confident in my practice and that it’s improved all aspects of my life by just simplifying a wisdom which has been around for thousands of years that most others in this space have way over complicated in my opinion.

Couldn’t deal with the voice

Good content. I’ve tried many times over the last several years but officially give up as I can’t get through any of the mediations. I jut can’t concentrate at all because I find his voice and delivery very distracting. I guess it’s just me! Unfortunate!
