I'm a blue belt and listened to every episode. Honestly I wasn't into it that much at first but Josh's knowledge, humor, and how he mispronounces soo many things, grows on you. Haha. I wish everyone would listen to this as Josh will help you be a better training partner and improve the way you train.

This podcast is fantastic, Josh makes something as complex as BJJ and makes it much easier to understand. If you like the podcast check out his YouTube. He has videos that explain concepts in Jiujitsu better than anything else I’ve seen.

Jiu Jitsu is an ever evolving sport. I started listening to this podcast years ago when I was kind of blah at Jiu Jitsu. I still thought his stories, details and conversations were good but I just needed something to listen to to pass the time while I was cooking for my kids. Obviously over the years I started getting better and I’m finding more and more value in this show the more competitive I get. Josh is knowledgeable, entertaining, and drops some serious gems.
