The best martial arts podcast around

I have listened and re-listened to almost every episode finding new and insightful tidbits each time! Iain has helped me to completely change my perspective on karate. My students and I are all better for it! The info in his podcasts is groundbreaking for someone just discovering that practical karate is a thing and karate can and does actually work for real self defense scenarios and not just for performance purposes. I can not recommend this podcast enough.

Best karate podcast

This is the best martial arts podcast I’ve heard so far. The first time I heard you, I recognized immediately that you put a lot of research and time into your podcasts.

I especially like your open-minded view of the martial arts. Do you know how rare that is? You push traditional karate, which I love and practice, while accepting ideas from all other martial disciplines.

Because of you I have developed a keen interest in bunkai. That has changed my entire approach to katas. Thank you for all that you’re doing for the martial arts.
