Talked me off a ledge

This is my first review to write for a podcasts and believe me, I listen to A LOT of podcasts. I love Terri Cole and all the wisdom and advice she graciously bestows upon us, for free! I immediately subscribed to Terris newsletters after listening to one episode. This morning I was drafting a message to my significant other after having a disagreement the night before. The text was less than kind and very passive aggressive. For some reason, I checked my email before hitting send and there sat her most recent newsletter with the following text

“ Today, I challenge you to be as polite as possible in your home life and with your loved ones. Rocking more gratitude just might make life a little sweeter and happier all around. Make note of how you changing positively impacts the way others respond to you.”

Terri literally talked me off the ledge of passive aggressiveness and into the safety of gratitude and forgiveness.

Loving the new boundaries I’m setting!

Terri is amazing psychotherapist, her words are clear and concise, and she gives real life examples on how to put the work into action. This makes it so much easier applying and doing the work. I’m more than half way through her book Boundary Boss and I love getting the quick reminders to set boundaries and make a happier life for myself. I am making more and more application over the past 6-10 months and I can see the difference. So glad I found her through mark groves podcast.
