Great podcast and solid interviews. I measure the quality of a conversation by the questions that are asked. Very informative informative that needs to be heard by everyone.

wonderful, sensible, knowledgeable!

This is an excellent podcast! Bill is doing a great job educating people about how to handle money sensibly, and is doing a very special service with education about socially responsible investing (also often called ESG investing--environmental, social, governance). In addition to his own teaching on the podcast, he sometimes interviews experts--such as people with the Calvert Mutual Funds, or Green Century Mutual Funds--people whose job it is to screen the investments these funds make (i.e., screen out the bad actors, screen in the good ones), as well as to sometimes engage in shareholder activism to prod companies toward more responsible behavior. All this while earning competitive returns on investment dollars. Along the way, Bill gives very sensible advice about each investor figuring out his or her own risk profile (what they are comfortable with), as well as information about how to reduce costs associated with holding mutual funds (i.e., those pesky little expense ratios that can really eat away the returns over the years). And not everything is about investments….for example, Bill had an excellent program devoted to Social Security (I'm 60, and am thinking about it….), and I learned many things about this important program that I did not know before. Thanks, Bill!
