I'm hooked!!!

I started listening to this podcast exactly a week ago and have already finished 48 episodes (including the Chasm episodes). I've been listening to this anytime I can find the time, my commute to and from work, while on break at work, making dinner.... etc. I'M HOOKED!!!

Nice info, poor delivery

I don’t dislike this podcast. I get excited when, once in a blue moon, there is a new episode. I like how the host tends to focus on how criminals become criminals. There are some quirks that do prevent this from being just a higher quality podcast. For one, the fact that the host opens with rambling personal stories can be endearing but, like I said, tend to ramble. Second, sometimes, the episodes rely heavily on original recordings of police interrogations that are not artfully edited to improve the quality of storytelling and I honestly feel like I could just seek out those recordings myself if that’s why I was looking for. I’m here for a story, not raw recordings. Third, I do feel like the hosts voice is not super pleasing to the ear, but she can’t help that. But she does mispronounce and mis-use words kind of a lot. I don’t want to shame anyone for their vocabulary or anything but it can be a bit jarring and sometimes confusing.
