A Must to feel humanly valued

After listening to each episode of Human Potential At Work, the sun shines in my soul. With her warm lively voice, Debra Ruh inspires compassion and understanding about individuals with diverse abilities, skills, and talents. Each podcast episode shows how challenges can be transformed into successes through persistence, inner drive, and strong belief. Even if the world itself is messed up, Debra and her guests show that humans are not messed up at all.

Loved the interview with John Donovan! I had forgotten that we used to refer to Mothers of children on the Autism Spectrum as "Refrigerator parents." We have come such a long way, but have so much further to go. Especially for adults on the Spectrum. I was inspired to purchase John and Karen's book, and loved the way Deb Ruh included her experience as a Mom of a daughter living with Down's Syndrome. Deb Ruh does a great job of finding great speakers and bringing out the best in them. Love her podcasts!

Really HATE it! ,

Much needed

Debra lends all her experience and passion to a topic that has been ignored for far too long. Understanding how to be more inclusive in the work place is critical to our economy's growth and well being. Kudos to Debra for pushing the discussion forward!
