My First Arrest
I hope you're all doing well! Thank you for all your support. I've been working on this episode for a month. This is my 3rd attempt at getting it recorded and published. Sadly I lost the original recording so here we go. This is the story of my first time getting arrested. Before I get into the actual arrest I introduce all the players involved to give you a bit of background into my past and the situations I would find myself in. I hope you find the story entertaining and don't judge me too harshly. I know I wasn't a good kid growing up but I've made some serious changes in the life since high school.

Milly the Serpent Slayer
Milly is faced with a tough decision whether or not to keep her father alive. There are no guarantees in life. You can't expect a child to do anything for a parent and a child can not expect anything from a parent. Milly makes the decision that's best for her.

Mike's Comics
On Today's episode I speak with Mike who's a recovering alcoholic. Mike paints a clear picture of how far alcoholism can drag you down and what happens when you have an addiction with depression. You do things you're not proud of, you burn bridges, destroy relationships and make so many bad decisions that you can feel like you're drowning in regret. Mike was able to finally recognize his problem and refocus on the things that brought joy and passion into his life.

I love you Justin!!!!
This podcast is amazing. Justin you are such an incredible man. I love how you offer space for others to tell their story and be vulnerable. You are compassionate and always treat your guests with the upmost respect. I feel very protective of you especially when others comment bad things. Keep doing what you are doing. Your show has helped me in more ways than you could ever imagine. So happy you are back. Update: I am so glad you came back. You are so loved. Thank you for sharing the 72 hour hold episode. Intimate and Important Stories
I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Peripheral podcast! I am so moved by peoples’ stories. I’m also inspired and find so much hope here, despite the incredible trials and tribulations so many of your guests have gone through in their lives. Many of the stories have caused me to think about certain things differently in life - thanks to the courage of your guests revealing some very sad, troubling times in their lives. I am amazed at the resilience these people possess and I find myself living with gratitude and extending grace to people because you truly never know what someone is going through or has been through. Thank you Justin for creating and hosting such an amazing podcast. You are truly an inspiration to me as well!
