Changing my life
I’ve had an eating disorder for 25 years, but you wouldn’t know it from my weight. I’ve been through a rotating door of therapists and it wasn’t until I started listening to this podcast that I began to see how entrenched body shame can be and how it was put upon me by a culture motivated by money and fear. Thank you! I am inspired and motivated and absolutely changing the way I feel about myself and my body.
