Practical and insightful!

I’m from across the pond and I just finished my second episode, Looking After You Loved Ones. Wonderful advice to be proactive and establish an emergency kit. Thanks! By the way, I also enjoy listening to the delightful British accents.

Five stars!

I’m in grad school for social work and have been listening to all the obvious psychology podcasts. Bored with most of them, I just found Mentally Yours last night and LOVE! So many great topics. I love the conversational interviews that make issues related to mental health seem so easy for everyone to understand. So happy there are so many episodes to keep me entertained for a long time. Thank you so much for creating this awesome podcast!
