Fantastic format

Host is a gifted interviewer with the knack for asking both important and interesting questions. Love this format of interviewing the top 1% in a specific field. I’m not a realtor but didn’t matter. I was entertained and learned new aspects about the industry. Kudos. I’ve subscribed.

I hope the interviewer reads this

This show has a great concept and I wish I could listen to these guests on another show. In my opinion, the host cannot get to questions directly enough. The length of his questions or descriptions leaves me forgetting what his initial talking point was. In the episodes I’ve listened to he cuts guests off all too often. I also can’t help but notice how he spends much of the interview talking about his own perspectives, thoughts, opinions. If the host has topics to go off about he should do solo episodes.

If a guest enters the conversation the interviewer should do more question and listening to teach the audience as opposed to talking about his own opinions at great length deterring the conversation. If we can hear more from the guests I feel as an audience we can get more value.
