Life changer.

I first started listening to this podcast three years ago communing to work. Informative useful and positive stuff. This is REAL keto. Not the fake FB success stories that let me down a dark keto path, depression and weight gain and being fed up and eating every carb and fast food under the sun... flash forward to present day, and back to keto. Real keto this time. Lifestyle changes. Appreciate Shawn so much more now that I stopped frothing at the mouth with all this macro counting nonsense and stressing. Get back to the basics. Eat real food. Eat real whole natural food. Follow your heart.
