What a gift

I love this podcast! It has been such a gift discovering it. I love the length of the meditations and the topics, I always feel so good after completing each meditation.

Simply Amazing!

I love this podcast! I had a daily meditation that I followed for a long time that recently became unavailable to me so I had to find a new one and I’m so glad because I found this podcast. There are multitudes of different guided meditations, my favorite being the quick am meditation which I usually merge with a healing or forgiveness meditation.

Why?

tell me why i was excited to hear a mindfulness podcast early in the morning (this was the first thing i wanted to hear when i woke up) and i play it and it starts off with an ad? horrible way to start a manifestation meditation… now the first thing i am hearing is an ad, threw me off and brought the worst feeling. just why? i couldn’t even finish the rest of the podcast. i’m sure the meditation was nice but i’d say if there’s going to be an ad do it at the end. because like i said no one wants to start of a meditation with someone selling you something through an ad.
