As a Chef and self-taught butcher who has spent his entire career in the hospitality industry, Brandon is credentialed through the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef.
Brandon was awarded Chef of the Year in 2013 by the Nebraska Restaurant Association, and has been included in Best Chefs America.

A MUST LISTEN for entreprenuers
I'm an entreprenuer and I know how hard it is to remain healthy in our line of work. This podcast is so important. I love the stories, which help me feel that I'm not the only one who struggles with this. I also love the advice and tips I find on how to be more healthy. This is a must listen for entreprenuers.
This podcast opens up a lovely space to learn more about the trials and triumphs of being an entrepreneur in a variety of areas. I appreciate this space to earn more of all the great people working extremely hard to do great things. Including Amber!
