Podcast that stands out

I don’t like most podcasts, I find them too sloppy and loose. Well Now, however, stands out. It sounds more like a well produced radio show. The topics, mostly on modern scourges of the 21st century like anxiety and depression, are handled with a clear headed tone that manages to give me some useful tips to put into my everyday life. I hope this podcast can continue for a long time.
