Women need this

Men probably do too but let’s start with us. :-) I’ve learned so much from Dr. Mariza. This information is not being shared with women and it is a game changer. When we hit a certain age we just gotta do things differently and doctors aren’t versed in our needs. This is one place you can gain knowledge to improve your health.

Love this Podcast!! Starts helping you from day 1

Dr Mariza always leaves her audience with all questions answered. I have listened to many different hosts and I always gravitate to listening to Dr Mariza because I know she will give clean, fresh answers. My husband and I have had some challenges with fertility and I was introduced to her podcast by Dr Cleopatra. My search for in depth answers ended when I found Dr Mariza. It was just what we needed to gain clarity and feel more confident in our journey to having a baby. I am really grateful that she continues to offer these podcasts that I can listen to on repeat.
