I just have to say how much I have been enjoying this podcast. I listen to a lot of health podcasts and a lot of them are very much alike. They have particular stances on what is “good” and “bad” and only have guests on that have the same stances (as well as, almost always, something to sell). This podcast feels different, I appreciate so much that max brings on a variety of guests and does a great job asking them interesting (not leading) questions and let’s them talk. I love that he has people on that aren’t even specifically in the health industry as well. I know people go on podcasts to promote their products, books, and services, obviously, but it is also nice that it seems his guests don’t go as heavy on just selling. Keep up the good work. Loving the diversity of info.
