Loved the Phil Maffetone interview, host does a great job facilitating the conversation

Informative!!!

I was fortunate to work with Kate for 12 weeks and learned a lot about the foods I was eating and how these foods affected gut health, workout performance, and sleep. These podcasts help keep me motivated and I’m still learning! While I’m consistent with my physical fitness, it is such a small piece to achieving my overall health goals.

I ALWAYS learn something

I LOVE this podcast! I always learn something new or a different way to think about things. I have listened to several episodes more than once. Even when Kate is discussing something I already do, I still learn something (EWG has an app?). Change is hard and this is not an easy way to live in modern times, but there are a lot of small changes that Kate suggests that move me forward (avocado oil instead of olive oil for cooking, add chia and flax seed to my salads). The K8 4 Wellness podcast is my weekly reminder to prioritize my health!
