    I'll start by defining what a paradigm is, using definitions from Bob Proctor and others. I will then cover the 5 specific things that keep a paradigm in place.  When you know these, you'll know why you stay stuck, and why it can be hard to change a paradigm permanently. If you want to make a paradigm shift, then you need to know what these are.

    I then explain how paradigms are created in the first place. There are 6 components behind any paradigm. It is one or more of these that are behind all the unwanted paradigms in your life. I'll also talk about the influence between the conscious and subconscious mind and how that keeps old paradigms in place.

    I then cover my 7 simple and effective ways to change a paradigm. You can follow these step by step if you wish or take on some and add the others later. However, once you learn and apply them, you'll be on the road to making the paradigm shift in your life that you desire.

    In this podcast episode, I delve deep into the Law of Cause of Effect. I explain precisely what Cause is, and provide examples of the type of Effects created by these causes.

    I start by explaining the Law of Cause and Effect in a metaphysical way, but backed up with examples that don't seem like flukes to me!  I then cover it in a more physical and practical way. I reveal how your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, actions, behaviours and habits can massively influence how the Law of Cause and Effect works.

    I provide many examples of the Law of Cause and Effect in action. I wonder how many of these you'll relate to? I'll talk about how this law means that success is predictable and is created within you. I'll also reveal why belief isn't as important as people make it out to be and what is more important instead.

    I'll discuss the Law of Cause and Effect and Karma and my opinion on whether life is predetermined or not. This part of this podcast episode is intriguing and you may agree or disagree with what I say!

    In this podcast episode, you will learn how and why you get stressed. You'll understand how situations trigger the Stress Response in you.  I talk about the main threats to our physical health and wellbeing and also the many psychological threats that can cause you to feel stressed.

    The stress response works in one of five different ways.  These are fight, flight, freeze, fawn and faint. I also cover the role of the Amygdala and the Hypothalamus in responding to threats. Real physical changes occur in the brain and body and its good to know what these are.

    You'll learn about the main psychological threats that can stress us out. These include threats to our self worth, relationship or financial security. Also how stress can leave you with feelings of helplessness, being powerless or out of control. 

    I finish off by explaining how to influence the stress response through your beliefs. This is fascinating stuff and explains how you can influence the automatic stress response over time.
