New to show; love it so far

I have only listened to two episodes thus far, but was pleased with the format and information in both. Liz asks intelligent, pertinent questions. She is prepared, stays on task (i.e. does not descend down rabbit holes or get side-tracked onto irrelevant topics—something that drives me crazy in other podcasts!) and, most importantly, does not interrupt or feel the need to showcase her knowledge over and above her guests! Her guests are top notch and a wealth of information. I definitely plan on listening to more in the future.

Loki827590 ,

Great listen

Liz really shows her journalism background by going beyond surface level, and pushing her guests to give concrete examples of how we can improve our health. I learn so much every time I listen!

aprkr619 ,

Easy, life changing tips!

I love listening to Liz and her guests while I’m walking. The podcasts keep me entertained and well informed. The tips shared are often simple but have huge impacts on your overall health. I’ve added so many to my daily routine! I always look forward to new episodes and the opportunity to gain knowledge and optimize my wellness.
