Self love all around

Laura is so generous in her wealth of information she provides here. She not only gives advice but can relate to why it’s valuable and worth the effort.
I highly recommend.

Incredibly insightful!

This is such a useful podcast for teachers and students alike who seek to delve more deeply into why and how yoga makes you feel the way it does. The first session I listened to was the "Moving through a bad day" based on a friend's recommendation earlier this week, and I've been going backwards from there; I'm hooked. I teach alignment-based yoga, and can't wait to incorporate some of Lara's insights into my own classes.

Thank YOU, Lara!

I'm so grateful for Lara's generous heart and teachings. She is that loving and honest (no BS) coach providing unless education and skill to her classes and this podcast. It's one of my favorite podcasts to listen. I love that her episodes are shorter than most podcasts; she is clear, concise, and gets right down to the point - no fluff. Her knowledge and opennes on the physical, mental, and emotional aspect of movement teaches me every week!
