Changing my day to day

I recently have gone through a couple hard spots this year,upon going to therapy my therapist said finding a good podcast and doing it daily. So I found this one and everyday I listen and write down and I truly believe my mindset is heading towards a more positive and healthy direction!

Kid mom=Dog mom 😍

At first I thought this podcast was only for dog moms. I quickly realized that I felt uplifted listening to the show. Her show is short, sweet and straight to the point. The questions for yourself are my most favorite because it makes you look with in yourself for YOUR TRUTH, no one else’s. I give this show 10 ⭐️
