Informative & interesting!!! Worth the listen

I love this podcast! I recently started listening and already finished all the episodes and keep up with all the new ones. They've answered so many of my questions and really know what they're talking about! Definitely worth adding to your podcast list if you want to learn more about fitness/health/food. Keep it up!

Very informative and interesting
