Life Changing Stuff!!

This podcast and business has been extremely eye opening! This has opened a whole new world for me with my nutrition! Just coming out of show prep I was starting to develop binge tendencies and didn’t know where to turn! I then found your YouTube channel and I was hooked! The food creations are amazing! I try a new one every night for dinner and in combination with this incredible podcast you have really changed my life! I am up 30 pounds from show weight at 8.8% body fat and I’m able to enjoy foods I love and save some for the next night!! Thank you guys so much. Much love and god bless!!

Love Zach and this podcast!

I’ve been following Zach on Instagram since early 2016. It’s been so amazing to watch his account and brand grow over the years. This podcast is super helpful for beginners but also has good reminders for those more advanced with their nutrition and fitness.

I love that he includes science backed data but also intersperses life lessons to add value to the podcast. You’re not just listening to someone spew data at you. You’re learning how to apply the science in your everyday life that is sustainable for you and helps you achieve your goals.

Highly recommend!

One of my faves!

There is SO MUCH amazing, to the point information here. I listen while commuting and it makes my travels seem so much shorter 🙂 I seriously look forward to listening.

My only complaint is that sometimes the audio isn’t consistent - sometimes it seems to cut out briefly. (I don’t know if that’s just a me problem though) Also, I’ll turn down the volume for the intro music and not be able to hear you guys talking when the podcast starts. Or if I forget to turn it down at the end of an episode, I get straight blasted by the intro music of the next episode 😂
