As a boy Roudy was seen as a problem child, diagnosed with ADHD and kicked out of seven schools. He finally managed to make it through school and earn an engineering degree only to be fired from his prestigious engineering job. What felt like the lowest moment of his life turned out to be a great transition point. As he started seeking answers to his poor health and energy, he stumbled upon the importance of light. Truly a blessing!
I found this podcast a few months ago and have learned so much in such a short time! Just implementing a few of the practices that Chelsea recommends have totally changed things for my family! One of the most noticeable is in my 8 year old. We just recently implemented using fresh milled flour in our house to replace store bought baked goods, and within two weeks my daughters eczema completely cleared up- right after dr had said it would never go away! This is sound advice and is delivered in humility, giving total grace to God- well done Chelsea!

lol the title and topic alone made be follow you! I am a Christian who loves learning and health! I often sit and listen to non Christian’s talk about the body and often leaves amazed at God! So glad to find a podcast discussing this already! So excited to start this lol
