    Angad Maini is an engineer, ex-project manager, a competitive drug-free bodybuilder and a certified International Fitness Professional Association (IFPA) personal trainer. He had always been a super skinny kid, like really skinny, which all changed when he started to lift weights during his 3rd year of engineering. Fast forward 14 years, in typical bollywood style, he went on to transform himself and won 3rd place at the Mr. Beach-body Dubai in Nov’18 . If this wasn't enough,  he now will be heading to SIngapore in Sep '19 representing India as their athlete for World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF).  Unequivocally, Health & Fitness are his passion, evidence based knowledge his touchstone and assisting individuals transforming to their best mental & physical self his calling.

    His role models are Layne Norton and Eric Helmes . His most recommended books are Muscle & Strength Pyramids .

    She is born and brought up in Dubai and spent a few years in India where she first stepped on the mat at the age of 17. She has completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Yogalife® in Dharamsala, India & als also learnt several modules of Prana Flow® in Europe.  She has always been fascinated by human biology, health and science and thats what drove her to study Biomedical Engineering in India, Germany and Switzerland where she worked in the corporate world in the field of Oncology & Imaging.  

    She is currently a health and wellbeing coach in training with the Human Potential Institute, USA. She is also into teaching a combination of different forms of Hatha yoga. She has always tried to spread the practice on and off the mat and has taught yoga and meditation in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Dubai and India over the past 7 years. She even has experience in biomedical research with a publication on music meditation.
