Great Rapport

Started listening to this podcast a few weeks back. Gotta say I'm really enjoying the hosts. They have great rapport, which I suppose should be expected being husband and wife. I enjoy the format they use, with Brittany going through each move scene by scene and Leigh adding knowledgable tidbits and humor. A great idea to have the horror n00b, Brittany, explore movies with horrorphile, Leigh and then express each others reactions and thoughts.

The Love Of Horror

Hello to the creators and fans. I would like to say how cool this show is. I too love supernatural and horror films and I’m always starving for movie talk but I never know how to get those feelings across. Let me tell you this duo of husband and wife really fill those gaps for me. Honestly I light one up and just flip on an episode and let these two do their thing. Some of my favorite movies of all time are covered in this podcast. Thumbs up and let’s all stay scary and stoned.

Humor, Expertise, and a Fresh Perspective

Fun and informative podcast. Brittany goes through a detailed scene-by-scene summary while Leigh interrupts her with behind-the-scenes facts and inappropriate jokes. Their in-depth plot breakdown is very helpful to me as a visually impaired movie viewer. What’s interesting about Leigh and Brittany’s dynamic is that Leigh has intense love and passion for the horror genre, and Brittany went into the show with very little knowledge about movies in general, let alone horror. So she comes to the films with a very fresh perspective and sometimes shocks Leigh when she does not like a cult classic—just listen to their episode on The Thing to see what I mean!
