In Step 5, we discuss the importance of knowing and naming the high side of your type. We go around the circle looking particularly at the movements of stress and security, and what gives are available when you're picking up healthy tools.

My favorite enneagram podcast

Finding this podcast has been so exciting for me. The nerd in me has already binge listened to over 20 hours worth of content in about a week and half. It has already brought me so much understanding and knowledge of the enneagram that has allowed me to share it with other people who are hopefully listening to this podcast now too! You guys are so funny and I find myself laughing right along with you! Now if I could just get myself typed because I’ve been back forth for over a year now! But seriously 10/10 amazing podcast!!
