Interesting, relatable but challenging

In love with this podcasts, as someone with a non-traditional millennial with background in Economics that poorly manages his money this couldn't be any better lol

Great podcast. I appreciate the information shared. It also occurs to me that the research shared has limited sampling. For example, the findings about spending money on others improves stress and wellbeing is foundational to many minority communities. Illustrating this and other points (ie how much is enough to reduce financial stress) seems to center White experiences as many of things you discussed are different for other communities. You might want to consider addressing inclusivity. Although I’m aware behavioral economics as a field tends to exclude groups in research and in academia. This podcast could be different.
