Great resource for strength training athletes

This is very informative for any athlete beginning their strength training journey (especially high school and early college). Add these tips little by little into your workout plan and keep track of your results... you will see the difference.

Also good basketball talk from news and analysis to training tips about all levels INCLUDING high school!

Julian has an obvious passion & knowledge for the game of basketball, so must listen for general fans of the game.

Also, in the world of gimmicks & clickbait in basketball strength training its a great listen as Julian is developing knowledge of the right way to do things and sharing that with listeners. Must listen!
