Best bikini fitness podcast ever
I’ve recently decided in my 42 years of age, to compete in my first bikini competition ever… naturally, I am waaaaayyyy behind all the other girls. And I have so much to learn! This podcast has given me so much relatable information, and real insight that I can truly absorb. I’m not just listening to this podcast, it is giving me so much inspiration and motivation. I am currently 16 weeks out from my show. I stress every day that I may be too late to the game. But I’m going to keep trying. I would love love an episode of food prep secrets. I have been prepping for a prep since July.. trying to teach myself and prepare. Because of this, I am hitting a block w the food. It’s getting old and hard.. plus I am still worried, that if I am not prepping correctly, I will ever be ready. Can you do an episode on all things food prep for a bikini prep? I know the macros can be different for everyone, but even the littlest secret tips n tricks might help me get through the next few months. I do have a very busy work life, and a mother that is battling Alzheimer’s, therefore some prep days can be hard. I would love for even some in a pinch prep ideas, possibly fast food like items . Thank you Adam and Ashley! Dying to meet you both when I come to Vegas in March !
Inspiring, Educational, and a Reality Check
Perfect blend of humor, education, and hard truths. I listen to the podcast weekly during cardio or housework. Adam and Ashley bounce off one another; each one has a unique outtake on life that complements the other. I love how they don’t try and adhere to the standard podcast- sometimes other podcasts can feel redundant, but there’s is always lively. I’ve found myself laughing during my hot girl treadmill walks.
Highly recommend!
Just getting started
I relisten to this podcast all the time. Hanging out with Adam and Ashley make want to be the best version of myself. Boo being average.
